Terms of Service

By accessing or using RealtyVex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

RealtyVex is a real estate investment analysis platform that provides property reports, market data, deal calculators, and related tools. The Service aggregates data from third-party sources and applies proprietary analysis to generate investment insights.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are used for automated scraping.

RealtyVex offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for requests
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, or rate limiting
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense reports or data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another user or provide false account information

Property reports, market analysis, and investment metrics provided by RealtyVex are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or appraisals.

Data is sourced from third-party providers and public records. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Always perform your own due diligence before making investment decisions.

The RealtyVex platform, its design, code, branding, and proprietary algorithms are owned by RealtyVex. You retain ownership of any data you input (addresses, portfolio properties, settings).

Reports generated by the Service may be used for your personal or internal business purposes. You may share individual reports (via our sharing feature or PDF export) but may not bulk-redistribute report data commercially.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealtyVex and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Investment losses based on data or reports from the Service
• Inaccurate or incomplete data from third-party sources
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data (saved properties, reports, alerts, portfolio) will be permanently deleted. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
